They've already taken sourcing workshops but still don't feel like they remember how to do it all and need a refresh and someone to consult with. 2. Others started a new sourcing job and felt too vulnerable to consult with people there. 3. Others wanted a change of career. They came from a different background than recruitment: HR, marketing, sales etc and want to start a career as a talent sourcer and want to take the time to learn in their pace. 4. Others just wanted a mentor they could turn to every time they were not sure of themselves.
